Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship across Canada using trusted carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Local/BC: 2–4 business days

• Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
  Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s progress.

Free Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $175, before tax.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Canada We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for certain products that require signature upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Arbutus Laser Centre is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
