Free Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $399, before tax and discounts.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Canada We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for certain products that require signature upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Arbutus Laser + Skin is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
