Arbutus Skin Returns & Refunds

We hope every purchase from Arbutus Skin meets your expectations, but we understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right.

Within 30 days
Unopened and unused products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please include your original receipt or order number to help us process your request quickly.

After 30 days
If it’s been more than 30 days, your return may still be eligible for store credit, depending on the condition of the product and approval from Arbutus Laser or the product’s brand partner. Store credit for late returns is not guaranteed.

Processing your return
The product must be received by us in the same condition it was shipped. Once your item arrives and has been reviewed, we’ll let you know if your refund or credit can be issued. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Important notes

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged on their way back to us. Please ship with a tracked and insured service.
